I don't know what I did wrong this time...I changed my method of shipping, but other than that, I'm not sure. From the order date of November 7, I picked Priority 2 Day Shipping, I did not get my order until November 18. I know the Post Office does not guarantee 2 day shipping even when you pay extra for it, but it took an extremely long time to get to me.

I was hoping that the iron on snowflakes would have been a lot larger. Oh well.

Had to call to speak with a representative to find out the reason an item wasn't going into my cart was that there wasn't enough stock. Should have a message pop-up when that is the issue because I wasted a significant amount of time troubleshooting the problem then ultimately had to call the store.

Your website is very well organized and makes it easy to find certain types of stones and specific colors! I am so very excited to try out the Crystal Katana!
