They cancelled my order twice, won't answer the phone (which is a cell phone based in L. A. try it if you like *******783. Texted this number 11 times they never reply, chat on there site is unmanned, so once you order good luck getting any follow up, maybe it comes maybe it doesn't,, avoid the misery of dealing with this idiot Thomas C.

I placed my order on 9/20/2020. Per their website, my order should have been delivered within 3-5 business days. I made 4 phone calls, 2 of which I was told "call us if it's not received within 24 hours", my last phone call was unreturned and my email went unanswered. I was not able to cancel my order since, according to them, my order was shipped on 9/22/2020, and their website says that the customer has to pay for return shipping. So I had to continue to dodge the yellow jackets for 2 weeks instead of being able to buy something somewhere else. I finally received my order on 10/5/2020. I was never offered a refund or discount or even an apology! I will never use this website again!
