Really bad. Thieves and scammers. Deceptive and very skilled in deception. I am not a totally new to trading so I had some misgivings. If not for the fact that the account opening process was thorough and industry standard, service as described to me is nothing out of ordinary, I wouldn't be dealing with them. I've lost $*******US. Manager" named Sean Johns scammed the money from me by assuring me he would be managing trades with all trades being insured for losses. I even have it in writting. Sean sent me an email with Bonus Agreement to sign.
The agreement stated it was a legally binding contract between this company and me. Initially I could access and view my account balance until Sean Johns took "care" of my money. He said the money was tied up in trades. I haven't heard from him since, he didn't reply to my emails, I have no access to my account - error message says "incorrect" login details. Sent email to: Erenfreeman at outlook com, before I could see my money back. The forensic expert ensured my retrieval was successful. Phones I used before are down. I also reported the scam to Action Fraud, a UK webstite run by police and to my bank, of course.
