This site is completely useless. My biggest complaint is they offer a help section which is absolutely of no help whatsoever... I've written them over and over with the same problem and they never respond. Which begs the question why do they even offer a help section to begin with if they have no intention of helping you... maybe not enough staff... Or maybe they simply don't care which seems the most likely answer.
The problem I've written about many times and they never addressed... Is:..." I write people's ads all the time and I never get a single reply... It's simply not possible to write a 100 people's ads and not get one reply ". Clearly their site does not work... They block you unnecessarily for the smallest things all the time... They make it difficult to even use their site when theyre a new site and they should be striving to gain a new audience... It almost seems like they wish to fail... Somehow or another my account is blocked and I don't even know why... And when I write them to ask them to tell me why and to unblock my account and allow me to answer other people's ads yet I never get a response. And then finally after ( With no exaggeration)at least 20 Attemps of writing them. I did finally receive a response telling me that they were making some adjustments to my account and that I would be able to the used the site properly. And yes indeed they did adjust it. Woohoo. AND I t worked for a whole 2 days before it failed again. Lol... unbelievable... Now I've begun the repetitive cycle of writing their frequently asked question help section to get My account unblocked again. ( A blocking by the way which I have no idea why it even occurs to begin with). Still like before to get no answer/ replies after multiple attempts to reach them. To sum up. A colossal waste of time... Yes they're trying to replicate craigslist but they are a far cry from it... If any of you people in the company are reading this I suggest you start paying attention to the things people are writing and saying and adjust...

It's a fun site with a lot posts, but majority of posts are looking for FWB or long term. We were just wanting a one time thing. Most replies were from old men or weirdos. They are making attempts to better the site.
I have had issues of not receiving replies to our posts (had 4 up) and only got hits on one where we were looking for a male to join us. Have had numerous posts flagged for whatever reason. Posts were kept in guidelines.
Perverts.

Customer Service is non existent. Have tried contacting them several times.

Terrible site. I am someone who totally understand that everything has "rules" and "guidelines," however, this is insane. I have written posts on several occasions that were taken down because they did not "fit the guidelines" when there as NOTHING offensive, illegal, and as vanilla as they get, in it. NOTHING. And then when you attempt to get them to give you an explanation, they won't reply to you.
PLEASE BRING BACK CRAIG'S LIST!

Someone used my phone number to get validated on the site. There is no way for me to contact Double List to correct this error. You cannot reached them by email unless they have a valid phone number in their system. They do not have a service number to make complaints. This is a poor business model and will encourage thief of telephone number s and potentially persons identification. If the person who used my telephone number does an illegal act it may impact me. So beware with those you interact with on this site, they may not be who you think they are.

I signed up as a new user with no trouble. Then I made 9 attempts to post an ad, all of which were "flagged" (rejected). Several of them had no sexual words at all, and two of them were nearly exact copies of postings that were already on the site. I sent detailed messages to the help mailbox, and all I got back was a form letter saying "read the guidelines more carefully." They have a policy of not telling you anything about why a posting was flagged -- in particular, they don't tell you whether it was rejected by an algorithm, a moderator, or "the community" -- and when a posting is rejected, they also delete the draft, so you can't edit it and try again. I wish I knew a better alternative.
