I had Great time meeting new people on here it's my new place to go to meet people
If you can't hook up from this site, you're doing something wrong!
I think you have some of the best fake ads I'd ever seen on a web site. I give you 4 stars for fake ads no $#*! 4 stars keep the fake ad cumin
Hey double list! Thanks a million for the great platform here to score chicks and nail some high class top shelf $#*!!
Keep it "cumming" but I already know you will!
This website is awesome. Something for everyone whether you are gay, bisexual or straight it's here.
You have to find your style and be totally honest and up front as to what you want and are looking for, but if you keep at it, you will definitely find the partners you need. Impressive site.
Very good experience here on this site no trolls every where and most people are real and havnt found too many fake people as yet. But anything can happen
Doublelist rocks! It was such a breath of fresh air to FINALLY find a website comparable to the Craigslist's personals section (but better) after years of searching.
Doublelist is like Craigslist's younger cooler liberal brother who still understands what life's simplest pleasures are about. Relationships, connecting (even if briefly), freedom to be oneself. I mean, Craigslist used to be liberal too, but got more conservative with age and became "born again" or something. Now Craigslist is just a shell of who he once was and has now become controlling and prude in his mentality, too worried about what the powers that be think is "best" for him (us).
Craigslist was so fun back in the day, but since the personals were taken off, you can now get banned for anything under the sun. As a gay dude, I can't even write something like "looking for LGBT-friendly gym buddies" without my post getting banned within 5 minutes. It's super annoying, homophobic (yeah, I'm using that card), and disheartening. Doublelist, on the contrary, allows these types of posts so it's also a really great place to meet like minded friends as well!
Another peeve, I have with Craigslist is that it keeps your posts even when they are deleted/banned which is such a privacy breach, imo. I mean, I don't know if Doublelist *privately* stores your deleted posts but at least they let you delete them, and don't show you all your embarrassing deleted posts in a "deleted" tab for you to forever see and be ashamed of lol
Doublelist censors a tiny bit but it's probably a legal thing and it's made pretty clear what you can and can't post. You are still able to express yourself. Getting a post banned on Doublelist happens to me only SOMETIMES but it's not nearly as much or as bothersome as when it happens on Craigslist, and much easier to mitigate.
Another this is I like that only members can use Doublelist. Though anyone can make an account, it's somehow comforting that one can't access the website unless signed in. It adds some layers of privacy, one of them being not getting your post seen and listed by an internet search engine. Horrifying, amirite? Lol
If anyone is looking to meet people like we did back in the early days of the internet before all these apps, I recommend this website. It's more anonymous than the apps (as long as you use a dedicated email address just for using on Doublelist) and there are many different types of people posting everyday so it's definitely a very active website with lots of potential meet up possibilities.
Give it a try, you'll be glad you did!
So far so good never had a hookup on here had responses but it will probably happen one day
I have had decent reaction in the couples for guys section. No reaction at all from the women for guys section starting to wonder if the ads there are even real.
Most reliable place to have a chance to meet someone likeminded that you may not normally wouldn't.
Answer: It's on hold forever. Just forget about it. There is no need trying to contact customer service. There are better sites like http://joy4love.com If you are looking for hot girls - works like charm. DoubleList has always been worthless anyway. I only met just a bunch of scammers there.
Answer: Now that doublelist.com is forcing payments there will be more free sites popping up soon!
Answer: It's now 100% official, when you asked this question it was in a test phase & someone made an error of letting it go live. As of this reply you must pay a monthly fee
