Nothing but positive experiences in the half dozen or so transactions I've done with them. Surprised when a representative contacted me not because anything was wrong but as a follow up to another transaction. The only time I've been contacted by other registrars is when they noticed I had transferred several domains away from them.

I'm a freelance web designer and I host multiple websites with Doteasy. Their checkout process is very smooth. Domain prices (both new registration and renewal) are reasonable. I'm currently using their Unlimited plan, but definitely recommend their Starter plan those who are looking for hosting a small website - $3.75/mo and domain name included for first year. Definitely a good entry level price point to get started!

New to websites and was looking for an easy-to-use site builder. Tried many others including Wix but most of them come with too many bells and whistles that I don't need. A friend recommend Doteasy. Their site builder is so powerful yet so easy to use - just the tools I need and nothing fancy or don't. Love how it's connected to my hosting account so I can manage domain, hosting and site builder all from the same dashboard.

I have a few website hosted with Doteasy and I've never had problems with them. Doteasy doesn't disappoint. I am starting a web shop and Doteasy is of course my first choice! It's great to be with a company that continues to deliver great support year after year. Would be great if they can have an email-only plan as their email is great and a lot more affordable than signing up a gmail or outlook account!

Varifying, if the name I wanted to use for my domain was already being used, was straightforward. Once the purchase was completed, I received emails from the support team to guide and support me while helping me to maneuver the system without a problem.
The site looks very friendly and professional, offering a complete set of tools to manage your professional communications, appointments, etc.
I will recommend this company to all my friends!

I was attracted by Doteasys $5 domain promo. So, I transferred my domains to Doteasy. But what impressed me more is their customer support. Email support replies were received within a day. Plus, they offer live chat support (not restricted to pre-sales questions). Domain renewal rates are $15 which is pretty much the industry standard. So far I enjoyed their services and would continue renewing with them.

Been with you guys for donkeys years - loyal customer here, and you don't get that by giving poor service. All good :)
