A lot more expensive than 10 years ago. But still a great service. Although phone support has been down today.

Generally very good. I had some excellent assistance from Cissie which helped resolve some issues about my overall plans. I had previously had discussions using Case #************** which helped me sort out the best manner of organizing what I needed. Over a period of days I had help from Kelvin and Edwin. I appreciate their assistance and knowledge of the hosting plans and how the domains can be administered under the plans of interest

This part of the process has gone pretty smoothly, but I'm still not 100% clear on how to get my domain name transferred ... Trust/hope it's as (dot)easy as everything else has been thus far! ;-)

I had trouble with another browser and had to call customer service. He helped me figure it out, thanks!

So.. I'm told that what I've just completed is an application? But I was under the impression that I just paid to have my website made. What's going on exactly. Thanks.

Building a website with Doteasy is so easy thanks to all the tools and easy-to-use applications they provide. They even have a website builder included without charge. Yes, it's prices may be a bit high for its capabilities but with all the extra features, tools and apps, it's definitely a great choice for small business like myself.

Still a little bit cumbersome even with Master Account, i.e. not sure why it doesn't auto populate contact fields with Master Account info

The exchange rate is shockingly high, about 10% higher than current credit card rates so it would be nice to be able to pay in USD for a .ca domain, or be offered a more competitive rate.

Great service and advice over the phone. I wasn't impressed that part of my purchase had to be done in USD currency when I'm a Canadian dealing with a Canadian company, but I understand the marketing reasons behind it.

Being that I was already a member it was not clear that when I created a master account that both domain names are now under one? Please let me know if this was done ... Should be

It would be helpful if the owner and admin fields were auto-filled based on past orders, since I am doing it through my Master Account it will usually be the same

My only small problem was that I live in Israel but use an American based credit card for which I use my son's address but I just left out my Israeli address.

I would have liked to have seen australian currency as well as more options and choices right before purchasing incase I wanted to add more things etc

Great experience, except I had to try a couple times because the first time I clicked the checkout button, nothing happened.

Too many switches turned on that I had to turn off because I didn't want those services at this time.

Plans/Options are a bit overwhelming. A lot of choice and selection which makes it rather confusing for a newbie entrepreneur.

I would like to see in purchase to choose or monthly payment or total ...thats why i took the cheapest

Logging in I still had to create a new customer account vs adding the new domain to my existing account.

hope signing up for master account doesn't mess up my original account, hansa-imaging.com (which i thought was already a master account?)

For some reason, the first time I tried to establish a master account, your site was undergoing maintenance and I could not complete my signup/purchase. Other than that, the experience was very straight forward and smooth.

The discount totals didn't add up correctly for the totals and the "free domain" didn't show up correctly during checkout process.

It's easy as pie. A lot of improvements have been made to navigating the site since I first started using it way back in early 2000's,

Good so far. Have several other sites. Will need to add this one to the master list. Promotional pricing was exceptional. Hopefully, I will be able to maintain this option and not fall back to the cheaper one, next year.

The site builder tool is great. It's much easier than Dreamweaver but I had to give up the total creative control offered by unfettered HTML and CSS.
