I bought a nativity the packaging all fell apart the styrofoam fell apart you cannot put it back in the box the pieces broke I want my money back it was not as described it did not include the barn they are nothing came with it

I/ ordered a product 3+ months ago. They can't even provide a tracking #. Every time I reach out to customer service I get the same response..."please to patient my friend your order has shipped and will be there in 1 to 2 weeks". STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!
