“Terrible Experience”

I've paid Domain Punch twice - one as buying the Watch My Domains from the site and once buying it from the Mac App Store as I do trust the Mac App Store more on that matter. --- I've occasionally reported some bugs. Now it seems these reports are considered as "rude and absolutely unwarranted accusatory emails". --- Now it looks like the version from the App Store is no longer maintained and even pulled down. I didn't receive a refund for one of them despite paying twice. --- Contacting the support throw various of ways on both the software apps site and the company site didn't do anything. What I received after contacting it is that the app on the Mac App Store would be temporary enabled, but the version there was still outdated. --- What is more concerning is that the reply received was: "I just checked our email archives and found rude and absolutely unwarranted accusatory emails from you from as early as 2013." First of all, I am sure it was about bug reports and some people doesn't like someone reporting bugs, second and more importantly, that is a direct violation fo the EU's GDPR law. I am located in the European Union, nobody has the right to collect personal identifiable data and preserve it for 7 years with my personal identifiable data like my email address. That storing is completely illegal and was done without my consent. --- I have the following questions: - Why bug reports are now called "rude and absolutely unwarranted accusatory emails"? - Why someone is let to pay twice for the same thing? - Why there are no given refunds for one of the purchases? - Why the version of the Mac App Store is pulled down? - Why the version of the Mac App Store wasn't maintained? - Why an active license on the Apple's Mac App Store is revoked basically by removing the app there without any notice? - Why the support queries weren't answered the first time at all? - Why the support queries were not answered the second time? - Why the GPDR law in the European Union wasn't followed? --- I am giving a low rating to that business, I think the actions taken are highly immoral in regards to the license, I will be contacting Apple Inc, for sure. In regards to the violation of the GPDR law - I am contacting the European institutions so that company could be sanctioned if violates the rights of the citizens of the European Union again. I will be giving my lowest ratings on review sites and social media for this company and its software based on my subjective experience, the way I see it.

I've paid Domain Punch twice - one as buying the Watch My Domains from the site and once buying it from the Mac App Store as I do trust the Mac App Store more on that matter.

---

I've occasionally reported some bugs. Now it seems these reports are considered as "rude and absolutely unwarranted accusatory emails".

---

Now it looks like the version from the App Store is no longer maintained and even pulled down.

I didn't receive a refund for one of them despite paying twice.

---

Contacting the support throw various of ways on both the software apps site and the company site didn't do anything.

What I received after contacting it is that the app on the Mac App Store would be temporary enabled, but the version there was still outdated.

---

What is more concerning is that the reply received was: "I just checked our email archives and found rude and absolutely unwarranted accusatory emails from you from as early as 2013."

First of all, I am sure it was about bug reports and some people doesn't like someone reporting bugs, second and more importantly, that is a direct violation fo the EU's GDPR law.

I am located in the European Union, nobody has the right to collect personal identifiable data and preserve it for 7 years with my personal identifiable data like my email address.

That storing is completely illegal and was done without my consent.

---

I have the following questions:

- Why bug reports are now called "rude and absolutely unwarranted accusatory emails"?

- Why someone is let to pay twice for the same thing?

- Why there are no given refunds for one of the purchases?

- Why the version of the Mac App Store is pulled down?

- Why the version of the Mac App Store wasn't maintained?

- Why an active license on the Apple's Mac App Store is revoked basically by removing the app there without any notice?

- Why the support queries weren't answered the first time at all?

- Why the support queries were not answered the second time?

- Why the GPDR law in the European Union wasn't followed?

---

I am giving a low rating to that business, I think the actions taken are highly immoral in regards to the license, I will be contacting Apple Inc, for sure.

In regards to the violation of the GPDR law - I am contacting the European institutions so that company could be sanctioned if violates the rights of the citizens of the European Union again.
