I was really happy to find a tennis bag that was cute, functional and one that I could afford. I also personally like ordering from a smaller online store instead of the big tennis stores. I want the smaller stores to continue to be able to compete to keep the prices of the big tennis stores down.

Very happy with navigating the website, delivery and product. Only comment is that picture of the Ritz Jet Bag I ordered looked more like a pewter color rather than black. (Was hoping for a pewter/gray-type color, but went on other sites after I received and other websites clearly show the bag as black.) Still keeping the bag as it is good quality.
