May I have my money back, I ordered the item Friday the 26th with two day shipping, then I failed to receive my shipment until Monday the 6th. That's 10(ten) days. I had 2 day shipping. I love the product and will likely buy again but if I don't recieve my recompensation (money)

The only issue I have is that the bag I received is not EXACTLY as pictured on your website. Looks like the company changed the style a little.
Great price
It was easy to complete the order...I just wish they had other JetPac tennis backpacks from which to choose! I had originally wanted the solid SILVER backpack, but Do It Tennis did NOT have this product. I do, however, LOVE the design of the JetPac...it holds everything I need for tennis and is easy to carry...the JetPac bags are well-designed!

I was excited to be able to find a duplicate/backup of the same racquet I currently own, and at a very good price. The model had since been upgraded, but Do It Tennis still had the earlier version on hand. Do It Tennis also carried the hybrid string set I wanted, and provided the stringing at no extra cost. As an added bonus, shipping was free, and the racquet arrived on the estimated date. This was my first time ordering from Do It Tennis; as a very satisfied customer, I highly recommend this company for online orders. Five stars.
