I purchased a used rf97 that was described as being used once with plastic removed from handle and some ball fuzz in the strings. The racket I recieved was absolutely perfect, it almost looked new! I liked it so much that I now ordered a 2nd racket. Shipping was prompt even if USPS is bad at updates, that seem to be good at actual delivery.
