I have actually returned both racquets. They were oversized and I could not see that on the picture and did not state it anywhere on the description. The service was great and am keeping the bags I ordered.

You didn't have the size i wanted on my order but it was such a good deal i took the size you did have. If you happen to have a size 13 available please ship that instead of the 12 i ordered. Otherwise no problem, send what i ordered. I appreciate it..

I emailed doit to see if they could hold my order until a certain date instead of immediately shipping and they promptly answered my email that I could do that. Great service.

I had a lot of vibration due to a loose swinging pin in butt handle. I had to remove butt cap and cement the pin to stop it from rotating 360 degrees as it could not be secured by turning it to its stop place. It is not your fault and won't stop me from buying at doittennis.

All was good!
