Billing/Shipping address info was repetitive
Giving the option of having select strings for free is a HUGE bonus when buying a racquet. Great selection of accessories and the customer service over the phone is excellent! Very helpful staff. I appreciate that they put the over grip on for me, the racquet plays great.

The sale price I paid for the Lotto sneakers was excellent. I already own a pair so I know how well made those sneakers are. The price for the Head knapsack was reasonable and everything arrived quickly.
The experience was fine except that the product had too much hard plastic (or vinyl?) on it which I couldn't see by the pictures on the website. I use the tennis sneakers for platform tennis which is played outside in the winter so the extra manmade material looked like it would retain the cold. I ended up returning the sneakers.
