Great price and pre order advice
Easy to order. Partially answered a question I had submitted as to what type of material the bag is made of, but only said it was washable. Description for product could be more detailed, i.e. What material the bag is made of; cloth, vinyl etc. also more pics of product front and back would be helpful. Bag is nice, lots of storage pockets. Not cloth, but a vinyl material.
Need big improve on service and customer communication.

I bought the used Prince shoes described as "slightly worn", however, an understatement. These shoes showed quite a bit of wear. They fit fine and I am pleased but wish you were more honest in describing the condition.

The shipping charge said one amount, then when I went to check out, that shipping option amount was not there and I had to pay more.
DIT was the only vendor I've found that still carried the older model New Balance MC786WN in width D. Most other vendors carry the newer model 786v2 but there have been complaints about the smaller/narrower fit.
UPDATE: I ordered the MC786WN, which was listed and pictured on their website, but they sent me the MC786v2 instead. I sent them an email three days ago about the problem, asking them either to send me the correct shoe or a return shipping label for credit, but so far I have not heard anything from them. I will try calling them.
I received excellent assistance from Do It Tennis, especially from the employee Micah, well from Curt who works at Lobster.
