The woman there is very rude, unprofessional and does not care about dogs. Had a terrible experience there, when i booked for my fur baby to be groomed. I explained that he can be anxious on the phone and she did not express to me that would ne a problem. When i arrived and after a few attempts to snatch him off me aggressively my dog became anxious she commented "…i am too busy to care to. Be honest!" she then thought to her self that the best approach was to put a leash around my dogs neck while i was carrying him and try to pull him toward her, no surprise this made my dog more anxious and he tried to bite her lol! I am amazed at that woman's customer service skills and her skills
For calming an anxious dog! Could not put my beautiful baby through it, so o left feeling very frustrated shocked and in disbelief about the whole experience! The ironic thing is i notice an ad on their door for a position there and it read "…must have good customer skills…"
