Very rude customer service. Attempted to follow up on an order for 4 weeks straight and was constantly ignored and sent to voicemail. Also attempted emailing/calling 7+ times with no response from Lauren or Michelle. After demanding to speak with someone and not get sent to voicemail 4+ weeks in, they refused to fulfill my order. Avoid this establishment, this place is a joke.

Lauren and Michelle are clearly racists. They see an Asian coming to buy stock, they simply refuse to sell items saying it's is our company policy we can't sell you these items and accuse of false allegations. Don't go to this company they will ruin your mental health
