I bought once from this business via their online website. The transmission valvebody was defective. So I asked them and ordered a 2nd one to save time and money. Now they won't respond so I can ship the defective unit back and receive a refund. Then I happened to buy another valvebody from the same business but on ebay. I didn't realize it was the same business that I had bad experience with them before. So sure enough, the valvebody was bad! And I have to pay my mechanic TWICE and pay for gaskets and fluids AGAIN for reinstallation. This business is bad for customers who expect good parts and service.
