The worst rent experience I've been through. One of the staff members there was talking to me in a very disrespectful way although I was a new customer. She wasn't knowing her job probably and charged me double the posted application fees. Every single time I was trying to ask a question or clarify the matter of the extra charges or even try to open my mouth to say a word, that staff member there was accusing me that I'm not listening and that she already explained that matter and refused to listen to anything at all. The way she ran that conversation was so insulting and disrespectful to me. I was shucked and stayed silent, since I was getting to no where with such a conversation. I got frustrated. For though I asked to draw my application and of course they never pay me back.
