Love the glasses. Purchased my first pair about 2 years ago and won't buy anything else. Slim, stylish, safe and long lasting.
I have been buying WIGWAM socks for over 20 years. Would you say that I like them? Sure do! They are well made and last a long time with hardly any toe nor heel wearing out.
I paid $60 some dollars extra for next day shipping. After I ordered, I found out that what I ordered wasn't kept in stock. So I paid $60 extra for shipping for next day service. Ended up waiting like 10 days regardless. Nobody offered to refund it. If it's not in stock, tell your customers and give them their money back. Don't just keep it. I'll never buy from here again.
I wanted hard hats with my business logo. I uploaded my logo but it did not come printed on the hard hat. I contacted customer service they sucked. Short explanation but rather than help me order the right one they just said "I did not order a model that comes with a logo."

Ordered 30 pair of gloves was told they would come Fedex and it came USPS...was never delivered because USPS doesn't deliver w/out PO Box - USPS doesn't deliver to our area. Had to pay to have it resent and we provided a PO Box - still didn't receive it. Got a message from DiscountSafetyGear that the items were returned again and they were going to credit the account for the cost of the gloves but not the cost of the reship. Too bad - couldn't handle $40 order - was hoping if these gloves were what we were looking for it would've turned into $500/week ordering.

I purchased a pair of shorts and the size is very far off from what I need. I contacted for a return and the agent stated that since it was a clearance item, it is not returnable. I get that, but I take issue with the sale page NOT stating you cannot return clearance items. I am out 50 dollars because a company thinks its okay not to accept returns on an unused item.

Was at work and tried to buy some rain gear. I picked you because you are in SF and I wrongly assumed I would get my package before Monday. Ebay had a second verification step that was not your fault but annoying. Then when I terid to cancel my order I see no one is manning the ship.

The gloves I purchased rip apart when you put them on, I have the same issue with the coveralls as well. Definitely would have spent more to have a better quality.

I searched for days for this exact pair of boots. I placed an order, because this was one of the FEW sites that SAID they were in stock. To my demise, I received an email two days later stating that my boots were OUT OF STOCK. When I reached out to see when the ETA of my boots would be, I was told it was an unknown amount of time. I contacted customer service, they ordered me a refund. What a waste of time & money. Don't present that you have product in stock & then after the order is placed, give an undetermined arrival time.
