I work for a trucking company and we order ALOT of PPE equipment. This was my first order and it went so well! Fast shipping, communicated well with me regarding the order and saved us money!

Safety Gear did a great job with my recent order. They sell a wide range of safety PPE and I really appreciate that they also offer customization on some items. I ordered two hardhats with my own custom logos, and the final products came out clean, sharp, and exactly how I envisioned them. The hats themselves feel solid and well-built, not cheap or flimsy.

I placed my order back in October during a holiday break for the company, so there was a short delay before they could process it. However, as soon as the holiday was over, they took care of my order right away with no hesitation or extra waiting. I still received my hardhats in a reasonable time frame, and the communication around timing was clear. Overall, I'm very satisfied with both the service and the quality of the products.

I order the shoes for my new job and I was told that the product got delivered but it wasn't so I had to request a refund and find some shoes in store. After I've already been at my job for like a month, I received the shoes in the mail with no email or anything saying why I received them so late or even after I've received my refund.

These have been the only boots that I can find that are steel toes and in my size. They are very durable and super comfortable. You definitely will not be disappointed by this brand. I live by there boots.

Just like their name, products can be purchased in bulk, or in small quantities. Either way best price I could find, and finding the best quality price and product is what I do for employment. Very good selection of products at unbeatable prices.

I'm satisfied with the product, however, I was confused by the tracking process. I never knew when it was going to be delivered.

My son uses these at the Fire Department, he gave me a pair to use, after I wore out the nosepiece I liked them so much for every day use, I ordered several more to have on hand!

Very quick shipping and well packaging. Found extra small gloves unavailable for at least a couple of weeks through Amazon. I will definitely be a repeat buyer and highly recommend this seller.

Constantly changing arrival dates. After the first date passed, I contacted the shipper and was told they were lost. Then I was told to contact the seller. The seller told me their shipping time frame and refused to refund my money. Based on their policy, items could be 5 years late and still fall in their shipping time frame. I finally received my item 10 days after original arrival date. In the meantime, I purchased the same item from another supplier and received two days after ordering( one week before receiving my item from SafetyGear). I can no longer patronize SafetyGear.

The order was as easy to place and the shipment was received very timely.

The boots are exactly what I wanted. Fit great and look fantastic. The fulfillment process was slow though. It took two weeks before they fulfilled the order then a week to ship (estimate). Slow turnaround time. Emailed them to check on fulfillment two times. Surprisingly, responses were quick each time. First one was an automated response. Next one seemed to be written by a person who let me know the order would be fulfilled by the end of the week. All in all it took about three weeks for them to fulfill the order and ship it.

Purchased the wrong boots. I got the six inch and it's the eight inch that I wanted. It was the holiday weekend, and I wanted to take advantage of a holiday promotion.So I purchased the correct eight inch boots. Worst case scenario I would have to pay return shipping but as it ends up. I did not. DSG set me a return label and accepted the return and quickly processed my refund. Doesn't get much better than that.

Everything was just excellent as expected from ordering the boots to receiving the boots!
