Saw an ad for a product on Facebook and, for lack of better judgement, purchased without checking the source. I did end up receiving the item, after a very long time, but it was missing parts and instructions. If you look for contacts on the discountexplosion.com site, you will find that there is no phone number - only an e-mail, a form, and a Facebook contact. I tried contacting all 3 multiple times with questions on the product and contents, but received no response at all. Please don't repeat my mistake and refrain from ordering from unknown or unvalidated sources - especially those that don't look legit and lack contact info such as this one.
