Discountcycleparts

This site (eBay name: discountcycle888) took my money and failed to send me the product I paid for. They refuse to answer any eMails, and do not provide a phone contact number (something you should look for before ordering - I now do). I went thru eBay originally, but they haven't been able to do anything for me (this guy was great on communicating til after the date passed for final notice to lodge a complaint with eBay). His rating was pretty good (very high 90+), so I felt confident ordering, but think about it, even if they only screw 1% of their customers for $150.00 like they did me, they make a pile of money in the end, and only a few customers complain! Those that do complain (negative feedback) are considered "lunatic fringe" by the rest of the customers, so life goes merrily on for these scammers! Negative feedback by these *?* people also affects my reputation unfairly, since I am the real victim.
