I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, i didnt get my delivery on time, when i got my delivery i got completely strange products. Sent several emails, no reply. Called, no answer. Chat option not available on site, some people say chat is available 2-3 hous a day. No customer service whatsoever. I contacted my Bank today to get refund, lets see if i get my money back.

Rubiish customer service and no refund for the faulty goods. I purchased a New Balance Cricket bat from Discount Cricket outlet for £354.17 which include the price for knocking in service. My u16 lad used it for 15 mins in the net and bat broke from 3 places. I sent them the photos and returned the bat. It's over 6 months they did not refund my money. They blamed it on the manufacturer and manufacturer blamed the poor knocking. When i told them that i am going to court, they dispatched the same damaged bat after 6 months which of course i refused to accept. Really bad customer service. Still looking to get refund.
