I ordered 3 bundles of custom colored "Brazilian " hair with "lace" closure. It was guaranteed before I ordered it to arrive within a week. It did not arrive on time, over a week late and I paid $40 for shipping. The hair came from China, was synthetic tangled shedding mess. The closure was a thick non pliable plastic with 2 or 3 highlights compared to the 50% on the bundles. I ordered and paid for 30% highlights on all. $584 for hair that could be bought for under $100. Won't give refund or make right. Complaint with BBB. Cornelius and Tess are Rip offs!

I received my order yesterday. I ordered a lace frontal wavy. The hair is horrible. Its frizzy and dry and is different lengths throughout with split ends everywhere, and the hair and the ends are very thin. I ordered the wavy and this is not wavy, its Kinky, nothing like the picture. No amount of conditioner will help this hair. I payed $99 plus $40 that they said was an overnight order, which was in fact was sent priority 2 day instead of overnight. So they lied and charged me $40 to send the hair. I contacted them with my concerns and they didn't even bother to reply... I will NEVER order from this company again. Buyer beware!

I order hair from DiscountBeautyDepot.com located at 188 upper riverdale rd jonesboro ga *******. I love hair extensions. In my pictures I'm wearing 4 bundles of Peruvian Body Wave Hair Color:#1b. (2 bundles of 22" and 2 bundles of 24") I love this hair its so beautiful and easy to maintain. I have a partial sew-in so the crown of my head, edges, back of my hair is out. I would recommend this site to everyone if your looking for Great quality.

I typically don't submit reviews of this nature as I like to give positive feedback on excellent service... However; I think this supplier's bad customer service warrants a negative one. Ive made the mistake of ordering from DiscountBeautyDepot.com <*******@discountbeautydepot.com>; twice. Both times I've selected regular shipping (3-5 days) at $25. The first order, was received in 9 days stuffed in a manila envelop and postage paid was $4 (quite a markup!). The second order, I called after 4 days for status and the person whom says they were a manager was argumentative and rude to say the least about how I should've selected the more expensive $40 postage if I wanted by package sooner and it still had not shipped. The turnaround is awful and especially given the $25 postage for product that weights 1lb. The poor dialogue with the MANAGER didn't make my experience any better. Better off going with a competitor who gets same product there sooner and for less.

Awful. Just awful... where do I begin? I ordered a custom piece but didn't receive an emailed receipt so I called the next day to make sure the order was processed. I was told that since it was a custom order, the product would take 3 weeks. After 4 weeks passed, I called to see where my lace frontal was told that because it was being made in China I would have to wait another week. By the end of the 5th week, I guess they knew my number (caller id) because when I called they wouldn't answer the phone so I called from my cell and guess what? They answered right away--telling me that they didn't know the status but would call me back. I was never anything but polite to these people so it was hard for me to understand their call avoidance or their unwillingness to return calls. After 6 weeks (I had to call them back), I was told that there was an inexplicable "delay" in the shipping but they would have it by the end of the week and would then ship it to me. After 7 weeks, I called them and the owner told me that he was "too busy talking to other customers to talk about this now" so I told him I would call him back. I called a few hours later and his girlfriend (I guess) answered the phone saying that I "should" have it by the end of the week. At this point--I'd had enough. I emailed the bbb and called my cc company and got a refund immediately. On Monday of what would have been the 9th week, the owner called me--angry about the "chargeback" and told me to "send his product back". I told him I never got his "product", cussed him out and hung up. Well... the product arrived later that day by USPS ($5.52 but I was originally charged $25 for shipping). After all I had been through with these hooligans, I would have kept the product and let them just recharge my card BUT... If took the lace frontal out of the package and was shocked! The hair was downright THRSTY looking--VERY poor quality hair for the $152 I'd paid for it months ago. The "lace/silk" top was actually plastic and looked like the top of a wig with a simulated "scalp". The #2 dark brown color I'd ordered was actually a number 27 LIGHT BROWN with streaks of what looks like someone tried to dye grey hair, brown--resulting in a shimmery orange! There is no way this is Malaysian human hair. Don't waste your money on this fraudulent entity posing as a business. Evidently, they work from home which is why they always sound like they just woke up and their customer service is so lousy. Extremely poor business practices... unprofessional.--and on top of that, they sell a poor quality product made from poor quality materials accentuated by poor quality worksmanship that also took TWO MONTHS to ship out. I would never order from this disreputable, crap company again and advise you not to either. Also, on the receipt (I had to ask for) Discount Beauty Depot claims to be a member of the Better Business Bureau but when you go to the bbb website (to fill out a complaint) in BIG BOLD LETTERS the BBB states that they are not affiliated with them whatsoever.

I purchase a lace frontal and 3 bundles of 24 inch hair it was so beautiful and soft. It does not tangle and holds its body throughout the day. I wrap it up at night and when in shower. I love there hair... will recommend to my friends and family.
