So I got an email from direct lenders with better borrow as the direct lender. These people requested a fee and turned out to be a complete scam. I did reach out to the actual better borrow loan company and they advised this company has been doing fraudulent transactions with their company name and this has been referred to the FCA. DO NOT USE
