Scam, Scam, SCAM. This iis the worst company to work with. They are not interested in the website design, they are only interested in selling services and over charging. Digit Design Studios is currently holding my domain name hostage and demand $750 to release it to me. I own it, I purchased it, I am the rightful owner to it. Design calls are a waste of time. They are not a company to make websites, they are a company to scam companies, sell ridiculous services, and play games. On my last call with Digit Design Studios, I requested they turn over my domain name. I was interrupted and asked if I want them to build me a website to sell clothing. With great enthusiasm, I was told that all the websites they design for selling clothing are all making more money than I could ever imagine. Absolute nonsense company. I posted this review to help other business and to prevent them from being taken advantage of. Stay well Clear of Digit Design Studios and their smoke and mirrors marketing pitches and strong arm sales attempts. Save yourself a lot of aggravation. I am now off to the Better Business Bureau and my attorney.

After I purchased a logo, Digit Media Designs said "I had to" "It was law" that I had to purchase copyrights for the logo. This all transpired in April of 2022. I am still waiting for documents to show up in my mailbox (as they said it would be sent my post mail). They then sent me a pdf with Dropbox and it shows "error". So basically they provided a service that they did not fulfill and I am out by over $800 without a refund!

Smooth talking set of people. We were told $750 for a e-commerce website. Should have known from the price. Paid a $375 (50%) deposit. They provided samples of a site. Then they told us that they need "storage space" to work on the website. Told us that hosting would be Fifty Dollars a month but if you sign up for a lifetime hosting contract it would be Fourteen Ninty Nine. Nieve us thought they meant $14.99 a month but nope... checked our bank account they charged us $1,499. We here thinking it's an error so we called back only to be diplomatically called idiots as how could we believe that hosting could be $14.99 a month. We asked for a refund and to go with the $50 a month but we are told it's our misunderstanding so basically... tough luck. That $1500 loss really hurts. So while they did not technically lie about the Fourteen Ninty Nine, We honestly think they know what they were doing. Proceed at your own risk. There is a reason that they have more 1 star reviews than the 5 stars. Nothing much inbetween. You are either happy or screwed. While the money is important, customer service is paramount. When we disputed with our bank, they wrote the most fabricated and concocted story they could. Sd how they did everything they promised and More and how we left good reviews about the work that they did and actually had the nerve to state that we were being fraudulent in requesting a refund. That is how far they will go. They take advantage of you then victim blame you. They have an F BBB rating, a 2 for Google reviews and so many more. Check them out thoroughly. It will only take 5 Mins to see who you are dealing with. Until we get our money back I will be writing on EVERY forum that we find.

They did not seem to look at their work before sending it to me. Their were many obvious mistakes. Then they start charging you fees that were not discussed in the beginning. They gave me a discount sent me a invoice with everything they were to do, then tell me I am not getting everything I paid for.
I decided it would be better to cut my losses and do my own site. They do not honor their money back guarantee so watch out!

Would HIGHLY advise NOT to use this company! We hired them to design our website for a botique and they are horrible, very unprofessional, rude and not helpful at all! I wish I would have done more research BEFORE I let them talk me into using their service. Every single thing you ask them to do they CHARGE you crazy fees! DO your research BEFORE you use this companyt!
They will NOT give you any informaton when you call! BEWARE of this so called business! They are a joke and dishoest to the highest degree!

Go read all there 1 star google reviews… this company is a total scam scammed me out of $1500 after I made the payment they stop answering my calls I call from another number they answer on the first ring then they ask me my name and hang up total fraud I've already reported them to the fbi and ftc
