Invited to renew my annual premium... I have NEVER used them... But they state that i have done so in an email and that they will be deducting £199.99 for my ANNUAL RENEWAL?

This is a fraudulant company, a susiduary of an american digital scam artists. Be AWARE they do not care how they get their paws on your money. They have an address in Harrow, but it is American based

I was misdirected from Waitrose site and haven't realised that I was subscribing to "BeChef" (£1 initially and then $40 monthly if not cancelled within 5 days), and it was not possible to cancel or "unsubscribe" as the provided e-mail address does not exist, links on the website do not work and the phone number given is in USA.

Awful company placed an order with them in March and paid by PayPal
They mislead you with product that is the real thing on their website but send you fake knock offs and then ask you to return for a refund which they never give you saying they never got the goods back. They should be investigated and closed down for raketearing by the Feds. Avoid this company like the plague!

Orders beats by Dr. Drew 2 wireless headsets. Thank god I used pay pal. Order never shipped, only response of nearly half a dozen email was one saying I should get order in Wednesday. Nearly 2 weeks later I still do not have them or any response from customer service. This site is a total scam as far as I am concerned.

These guys are frauds. They shipped me a duplicated beats headphones from china and now not responding to my emails. Is there a way to sue them?

This company is a joke. They sent me wireless Dr. Dre Headphones that did not work right. They had instructions in the box that were for different headphones. I wanted to return this item, so was advised to send back to an address in CHINA (even though website claims to have warehouse in Miami, FL - no address or contact provided.) It has been 3 months and I have not received a refund. They claim they haven't received the product. Not sure the address provided was correct, but local Post Office advised if it's not deliverable, I should receive back - which I have not. Don't spend you money here - it is a guy out of China sending faulty product.

I ordered a pair of Beats from Digitech. The website says, "When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. However most orders will be shipped 3-5 business days, after payment received. After shipment date, items will be delivered to you in approximate:

USA: 5-10 business days (no weekend days or holidays)

No expected shipping date was given nor any tracking info. There is no customer service available to discuss issues, only an email. Each time I emailed regarding the order, I was not given any shipping info but referred to the above. The order was placed on Dec 30 and I finally received it on Feb. 2. I finally received an email stating that if I did not receive item by Jan 23rd, a full refund would be issued. "Hello: Dear buyer, if this item si not delivered by January 23,2016, a full refund will be issued. Kindly note that this item was in fact shipped. You can feel free to keep once delivered. A return will not be required even if refund has settled back into your account. Regards

Never received the refund and the product was shipped from China. I suspect the product is a knockoff as well. Spend the extra money and avoid purchasing from this company.

The carrier has nothing to do with the data transfer. I was able to make calls by manually inputting the numbers, but the phone would not access my online accounts (after programming) or display any information from my micro SD memory card. The phone said that it was connected to my WiFi network, but I could not access the Google Play Store after several minutes and multiple attempts. That is proof enough that the model does not work as advertised.

As to your second point, the term "better" is "a very subjective statement." You say newer equals better. I say, I did the research and chose an S5 rather than an S6 because I looked into the reviews on both. You sent me an incorrect product. If the fact that you sent me a phone that I did not order was not an error, then I most certainly should not have to prove that I deserve a FULL refund.

This has not been a pleasant experience. I would have expected better customer service, not a bickering match about a cost that should be a drop in the bucket to an international company such as Digitech.

I have not heard from your Costomer Service Center about my return shipping label since I last emailed them two days ago. Per your own website, you declare that if the return is a result of your error, you will pay (not "reimburse") the return shipping cost.

In my previous email, I have outlined my explanation that there was indeed an error on your part. Firstly, the product I received was not the product that I ordered. Secondly, the product that I received is not accepting the transfer of data as it should. Any one of those two reasons satisfactorily lays the burden of responsibility at your feet.

Please promptly email me a link to a prepaid shipping label or provide me with some other means of sending the product back to you without further cost.
