“Well I have no idea how this company is run”

Well I have no idea how this company is run. I had proofs in and approved and am waiting now a month and a half for a print. I called and e-mailed them repeatedly and nothing has worked. I wonder if they are fraudulent, or just don't care. They may be cheap, but if you are not getting your artwork back and have nothing to show for the money you spent, then I guess they are the most expensive.
