The Jazz Digit 4G Energy, Alite, and Pro mobiles are complete frauds perpetrated by Jazz and DigitOS. Recently, I purchased a Jazz Digit 4G Energy, relying on information from both the Digit4G and Mobilink Jazz websites. However, their claims turned out to be false. They stated that the phone runs on Android version 8.1, but in reality, it's running on version 4.2.2. They also claimed that it supports 4G, but upon checking with my SIM card operator, they confirmed that the phone only supports 3G and cannot receive 4G signals. Additionally, the Digit4G website advertised the phone as having a touchscreen, which it does not. Furthermore, the mobile does not support core functionalities like WhatsApp, Facebook, and YouTube, despite being advertised as such on the website. These companies are engaging in fraudulent practices, deceiving consumers with fake advertisements.
