Company has address in Brooklyn, New York but are in China. Do not order from them. No where on their website does it say it will take three months for your paid items to be delivered nor should anyone expect that in 2025 but it happened with this company. I purchased diamond painting art kit on 24 May 2025. Only received half my order and reached out to the company on 22 Jun 2025. Was informed from the company on 22 Jun, a new tracking number for the missing items (is SDH*******851) and it's currently on its way to the regional distribution facility. Still has not arrived at time of complaint. 10 Jul 2025 I sent another email Regarding the Paper with Precision Craft Knife (missing items) that I am eager to begin my project. Kindly provide further guidance as the shipping info says in transit still (40 days). The company replied back on 10 Jul with the remark 'it appears that the package has been stuck at one location for quite some time due to a logistics issue. Please accept our sincerest apologies for this unexpected delay.' Received new tracking number on 13 Jul: Your replacement kits have been shipped and are on their way to you. For your reference, the tracking number is SDH*******926. 25 Jul 2025 I was over the wait as a professional and requested my money back as I no longer wanted the items.
