If you want something completely unique, this is definitely the place to go. Prior to popping the question, we started ring shopping. We went to some traditional jewelry stores, and of course found some rings that she liked, but it was basically the same rings from store to store. We stumbled upon an ad for Diamond in the Rough online, and were absolutely blown away by the ring designs on their website. Each ring is truly unique, and I ended up selecting an exquisite ring from the Embrace line of engagement rings.
I bought a 7,500 ring the have it brake. I had it taken to local jewelry store and it quirky was so bad it couldn't be repaired I had to replace the entire setting to ensure I wouldn't loose my diamond again. Terrible customer service, I would never buy another ring from them, they just want a sale and don't care about their product.

I'm writing this review to assist other buyers. You can be understandably nervous when buying rings online. You want to make sure that the website is a reputable company, that the product comes as described and pictured. I'm hoping this review will be helpful to other buyers who are uncertain about buying a ring online. The ring I ordered from DITR was perfect! Better than I had imagined and looked even better in person than it did online. I got a gorgeous Grace ring with a 2.6 carat brown rough diamond set in yellow gold. The diamond size is big, but not overwhelming. The small halo of diamonds is simple, they don't distract from the center diamond, but enhance it. The ring setting is gorgeous and sits wonderfully on my hand. Overall, we had a very good experience and we enjoyed this much more than driving around to a bunch of jewelry stores to look at the same styles over and over.
