Ring broke

I bought a 7,500 ring the have it brake. I had it taken to local jewelry store and it quirky was so bad it couldn't be repaired I had to replace the entire setting to ensure I wouldn't loose my diamond again. Terrible customer service, I would never buy another ring from them, they just want a sale and don't care about their product.
