DFW Rodent

They could have been more prompt.
My pet peeve is when people are not on time. They were very fair priced though. Got rid of my squirrels, cleaned up the best in my attic and fixed couple holes for under 500$ so I told my neighbor and they fixed couples holes on his house.

My family is extremely pleased with the services of DFW Rodent. Their level of professionalism, their ability to help us understand, and willingness to go the extra mile is incredible. They solved our rat/squirrel problem in short order. On a side note, compared to other quotes we received, DFW Rodent was very affordable. They did a great job keeping the critters out and the squirrel removal was easy although rodent proofing the home took some doing. Great team!

We were referred to dfw rodent by a friend. Our dilema was that we had several squirrels living and playing in our attic. They were leaving droppings everywhere and chewing on things. We put cages up in our attic but they wouldn't go in. Finally we called dfw rodent and they promptly came out and surveyed the situation. The gentleman that represented the company was very informative and helpful. Overall we were very satisfied with their service and we would not hesitate to call them again if needed.

Raccoons in your attic... not good. We had a few pest control/animal control companies come to our home. None of them solved the problem, and three of them tried to upsell us on things we didnt need. But when Dfw Rodent came out, we breathed a sigh of relief at the level of professionalism. I have recommended dfw rodent to one of my family members and will continue to do so for anyone who has problems with animals getting into their home.

No complaints doing business with dfw rodent. They charged a fair price and did exactly as they said they would. Saved me allot of time and expense. I'm very glad I called them.

They were referred to me by another company, Dfw rodent came out the next day, running 2 1/2 hours late. They said they would spray the house to keep the rats out and the rats that where there would leave. They also said they would set up traps. I also needed to wait at least a week for the spray and traps to get rid of all the rats. If I still hear them in my roof after a week I should call them back. A week and 2 days go by, no difference in the noise level in my attic, called Dfw rodent back, they said they would come back out, they never did. Back and fourth text messages and to the 2 office phone numbers, bunch of promises and no shows. Finally got fed up with all the noise in my attic and lack of sleep, I bought traps and bait and did it myself. 2 days later no rats. Oh and these supposed traps and white spray they used to the tune of $1600, there was nothing. They did not place a trap or this white spray. Also, if u go to their web site, they have videos from inside houses they do "work" in. One of those videos are in my house, they never had permission and didn't say anything to me about it. So I guess while they were supposedly working, they were working on their video. Amazing how they take your money, show no work and then decide to not show up and not answer calls. This place is bogus and a fraud. Don't use!

They promised to get rid of rats for life. I paid a lot of money. Rats are back and they will not return my calls or emails. Don't believe them and don't give them your money!
