Devon and Cornwall Police

A nurse was head butted in a violent attack on Sunday 29 jan 2023 disgusted that you are not going to press charges against the drug user who terrorised the AMU1 department. If you can't provide support for fellow emergency workers then shame on you. Why do the public pay for such piss poor performance $#*!s

This morning 2 police from Torquey woke my wife and me. They wanted our son to do a licence review. We live near Teignmouth. Our son, no angel, was released to a probation run hdc house in Portsmouth. He is not allowed back with us as we have had enough.
I told the police this. They said they will keep knocking at our house until they find him. They then asked what is hdc! Idiots. Told them it is an electronic tag issued by probation and prison service to monitor him. In Portsmouth. Moronic morons the police down here. Pathetic idiots

Typical WOKE police these days. One person complains about a plaque put there when Prince Andrew opened the place and now they try to hide the fact by taking the plaque down on "ONE" complaint!
They guy hasn't even been found guilty yet and yet the Coppers are already joining jn.

I made a 999 call, three hours ago. About a disturbance at my property. Still no response. Outrageous.

Attacked last week with my daughter today happened to misses with 20 month old police won't do nothing useless

I've had to call the police about several things, firstly i was under the impression anti-social behaviour was a police matter, the incident i speak, i work as a security officer in an office building during the day, outside the building in the carpark there are a group of delinquents who hang around all day every day, drinking, doing drugs, and being generally disruptive, always the same group of people, our contract says we aren't aloud to deal with them as they are outside the property line, or i would, so i decide to call the police several times over the course of several weeks as it is getting ridiculous, the operator simply says "thanks for reporting it" nothing happens, no police anywhere.

Another example, at nights i work as a Door Supervisor, several times a night my colleagues and i see police cars (very expensive looking cars too) casually cruising about, but when we call for police backup on the town control radio, for example, because a large brawl is happening, or we have caught some idiot dealing drugs, town control (who have a direct line to the police) simply replies "ok, recived" no police backup though. Next, had a guy claiming to be an undercover police officer, spoiler alert, he wasn't, i caught him saying this on my body cam, my colleague called the police, explained the whole situation, 4 house later they turned up, the operator told my colleague "it was a serious incident that needed attending to urgently", it took them 4 hours to go less than 1 mile down the road from the police station to us, and apparently 4 hours is what they call urgent.

Just see lots of chubby cops in over priced cars rolling about ignoring crime. The Devon and Cornwall police only rush if there lunch is getting cold, or somewhere is having a sale on cake.

The worst thing ive ever seen was a police van in a popular fast food burger place drive though at 0430 in the morning... disgraceful...

In the past years of living in the Devon area I have never been so ashamed of their attitude.
About 8 years ago the landlords agent gave me an eviction notice, because I wouldn't accept the rent increase. Then for weeks I had to endure continued harassment from the said agent. The police said it was nothing to do with them,a civil matter. Then on a number of occasions the agent called the police, because he couldn't gain access to my flat, and said he thought there was a crime being committed.
Basically a false call just to intimate myself,yet within 10mins they turn up. They bang on my door and ask me for I.D. What an absolute disgrace.

I used to have respect for the police force in this country but that has totally gone. Why is '101' a completely useless number, on hold for 2 hours. Dial '999' for the police and you might as well make some scones and a cup of tea!

They must be to busy pulling over 'drunk or drugged upped drivers', who then get a slap on wrist instead of being convicted and being sentenced! Where are the police on the beat to protect people? Instead of crime prevention this police force has become a political and dare I say a'woke' tool afraid to deal with the disgraceful drug situation in this,once,good country.
