My daughter absolutely loves Destira leotards, and I love that they are comfortable, hold up well, and are affordable. She practices four hours a day, so it's very important that whatever leotard she wears is one that will move with her and won't hinder her with itching or any other sensory issues. Destira leotards are perfect and never bother her, so we always make sure to buy them as her main practice leotards.

It took forever to check out because the cart doesn't tell you what counts for a two-for sale and what doesn't when using a promotion.
Furthermore, I only knew about the sale and ordered because my sweet friend directed me to the Destira site. She ordered a few days before me and when she reached out to customer service via email because she had a few issues with what she ordered, the response consisted of detailed explanations of HER mistakes, instead of a willingness to help.
When I called for help with my own exchange, I got the same representative that I quickly realized is not outright rude, but desperate to share her insights. This representative obviously loves and believes in the products she sells which is refreshing, but she needs a little guidance on her phrasing and tact. She really irritated my friend who knows everyone in the gymnastics and dance circuit in our area and is very influential with all things related to that. She's not the person to irritate and if I were Destira, I'd exchange her leotards for different styles right now, no questions asked.
I also think the rep should write up a helpful guide or notes on the product pages for new customers I.E.- I didn't know that shiny leotards might run smaller than the flat color ones, or that split-back styles are recommended for taller or larger rear-end girls because they allow more room there, that certain shiny styles contain sequins that may itch on more sensitive kids, etc. but this representative knew ALL of that. I think your rep could be VERY helpful, if she learned how to address service concerns first, and then go in to teaching about the products.
