I was pleased to work with him We have not yet received our order as it is being held for shipment until our home is ready for appliance installation. I have previously purchased from Designer Surplus and have been very happy with both selection and price. Previous experience is why we came back, even though we have moved out of state. Free shipping of my order is key!

Ge Profile oven Micro combo ,Installed 30 days ago , microwave works but oven never has . still waiting for part to fix . Ge profile dishwasher installed at same time , also wont work screen says it has leak but there are no leaks . As for the shipping of the appliances , they were promised in 7 days . they were received 32 days later . big mistake using this supplier .

There is no information regarding shipping time.
There is no information why this product was returned and what you have done to ensure i am not wasting my time with a used product. Make me feel good about my purchase at time of purchase, not "wait and see".
Shipping should be free on this item given $2400+ and weight is generally lighter than most items.

My representative, Jeff was a great guy but, very difficult to get ahold of after the initial order was placed. He shipped the order before I wanted it, however it did arrive and without damage. There needs to be at least a way to leave a message and have the Representative be required to call back within at least 12 hours from the initial call. As far as the Company, it has great prices and I would use them again.

the experience was good overall except that the used item (Cooktop Viking) I ordered was more used than pictured and I was grossly overcharged for this item. I will not recommend buying any of your used products from pictures you have on line. Again, I was grossly overcharged for this item and I have not installed it yet because it looks so bad. It was supposed to be a showroom model and it was OBVIOUSLY USED!!!!!!.

The refrigerator that was shipped has been a disaster. It was installed on a Wednesday (1/4/17) and neither the refrigerator nor freezer compartments kept the food at appropriate temperatures. I left town immediately after installation of the unit and was unaware that the unit was not reaching the appropriate temperatures. Unfortunately, my daughter arrived back in town from a business trip on Friday evening and noticed food was not cold or frozen. Had to throw away everything in the unit. Contacted the customer service rep (Joyce) on Monday 1/9/17 to highlight problem. She's to respond with a resolution in next 24 hours. While price on this Blomberg refrigerator was very compelling, it's ending up costing substantially more than just the price of the unit. We lost close to $300 in frozen and refrigerated food items due to a faulty unit. Very disappointed that the unit was not checked/verified for proper cooling/freezing standards prior to being shipped. Not happy with my experience to date.

Good price but that was the end of the good. It took a follow up call to get the item shipped to me. The phone representative even asked if I wanted it soon. Since when does anyone order something on line and not expect quick turnaround on shipping? We shouldn't be put in a position of begging a week or more after we paid for the item. Topping it off, the item -- a small wine refrigerator -- arrived in what had to have been a condition that was shoddy -- covered with melted Styrofoam on top. It obviously was a returned item that was repackaged and sold. If that is the case, the merchant owed it to the customer to indicate that in the product listed -- and they didn't. Not very happy with my experience, and seriously doubt I'll be back, even at a good price.

Your Delivery Service reported to your company that my wine frig was delivered, and it was not. At first, your company (Designer Home/Surplus.com) insisted that I received the item, b/c the delivery company reported it as true.Your company appeared to be very apathetic about looking into the matter. I am not confident that the Elite would have remedied the issue, but for my involvement. After spending a couple of hours throughout a period of 2 days of calling the local delivery service, a dispatcher from the delivery service finally looked in to the matter, and found that my wine frig was left at their delivery location. Never got an explanation. It came 6 days after the due date.

The Viking cooktop I ordered ended up being on backorder, so I had to push out my delivery for over three weeks. I was never informed it was on backorder and I had to call back in several times to get an update on my purchases.

Products showed up neatly wrapped and protected. When we went to install the products, the Wine Cooler we purchased was missing the front to leveling bolts. I called the individual that sold me the products about the leveling bolts (been 3 days and I have not heard back from him).

The Viking Double Oven we purchased did not come with a Users Manual, so we had to print one off of the internet.
