Products are really authentic. I bought it from their Bangladesh store. It was a great experience. Their customer service is sometimes really slow. But they provided what they promised

The "man" who was apparently a "supervisor" spoke as if though he was illiterate and untrained to be in these circumstances. It has been over 2 months and my product hasn't come. Due to the lack of education of the people who work for this company, I was obliged to cancel my order. And of course I am still waiting for my refund to come through.

Deshibesh was my first online shop 10 years ago and still now I'm with them. They have beautiful dresses, and customer service is excellent. I highly recommend deshibesh to everyone.

Horrible business that basically doesn't give a $#*! about you. Ordered 3 suits 25 days ago and they keep this tone of "100% delivery before eid". Called them several times and they didn't pick up. After basically yelling at them they give me a call back making 18 different excuses and telling me my items will come the day of eid and that she will call me back in a few minutes with a tracking number and info. Seriously so unprofessional just completely ruins the peace and happiness you feel on Eid. And I get an email with a tracking number that I'll get one outfit on Thursday. LOOOOL what a Joke. They send me one outfit 2 days after Eid and they somehow think that's acceptable? What about my others clothes or did they just assume I wouldn't notice? HORRIBLE

The clothes are shipped on time and they look decent. If you get designer luxury collection, they are definitely not gonna look like the pictures they have up. I have ordered multiple times and the clothes are wearable and tbh do not look like they are cheap material. Definitely make sure you give them clear directions for measurements and any changes you would like to make to the clothing. My first order wasnt exactly how I wanted because I ordered just few days before I needed it and because I didnt clarify that I wanted the exact style. But the last few times Ive been very clear and the dresses are how I want them.

So far my experience with Deshi Besh has been sub par. Their customer service is just blatantly rude. I called multiple times to get updates on my eid order. I was told it would arrive by Friday, I called today (Thursday) for an update after days of being on hold trying to get into contact with them they are telling me outfit is just getting shipped from INDIA on Friday. Eid is literally in a few days. They kept saying before eid but so did the other actual designer brands I ordered from. These people are actually having my order come in the DAY before eid. Literally last day of Ramadan, if there are any issues with my order I'm just screwed. I called Monday for update and the very rude lady (I've spoken to her multiple times now she doesn't even knew what the heck a greeting is. Don't work in a customer service based business if you don't have mannerism, plain and simple.) she said called back in 2 days. I tried so many times and I pretty much had to yell at them just to get a damn tracking number. If my order comes in correctly maybe I will change this review but as of now I'm HIGHLY disappointed.
