I canceled my order a week after making a purchase because I had received no update -- no timeline, no shipping information, nothing. So I reached out via email to inquire about the reason for the delay, and to cancel my order. The company responded promptly; they said the product was out of stock (why didn't their website contain that information and why wasn't I notified?) and they asked if I'd like to cancel my order (after I had already asked to cancel my order). I told them again that I would like to cancel my order. Instead of honoring my request, they continued to charge me and ship the order. I have now reached out to them four different times without response trying to get my money back. I've included email exchange evidence of my order cancelation. I've sent the same evidence to the company, and they simply ignore me. They also lied to my credit card company. They told my credit card company I had agreed to their terms and conditions when I made the purchase, neglecting to inform them that I had canceled the order before it was shipped. So I've had to reopen the dispute and present evidence of their wrongdoing.

Avoid this company at all costs.
