Made order and paid with zelle, they never sent a tracking number and I was contacted by an outside company telling I had to pay a custom fee of almost the same price as my order. When I contacted filler world they refused to make things right. Now I'm out of $370. This is a scam. This company is terrible.
This is not the first time I've heard bad things about this site. I wanted to order here, but when I read the reviews, I changed my mind :( But then I was advised to order on pdcosmetics.com, and I had no regrets.
This site offers 48 hour shipping for $50 the only problem is once you send your money off you'll never see the product and they will never Find to emails nor do they answer their fake number
Money was picked up one week ago. Tried emailing them to see when product would ship no response or tracking number yet. Stay away from this company they are not legit.

I can't believe I was not more cautious ordering from the site demalfillersworld.com. It is a total SCAM! I had some questions they were quick to respond. Than I placed my order and they provided instructions to pay using money gram. It was blocked, than they told me to use another name it was blocked. Finally told me to use western union under the name of Lepskiy Anatoliy it went through and they picked it up right away. A few days went by without hearing so I e-mailed and they said everything was OK tracking # and shipping taking place the next day and they would contact me. Nothing. So I started to send e-mails and texts everyday no response! Re ported to WU fraud and they said they will be contacting authorities and taking care of the account. They obviously only provided me basic info for privacy. Told me to contact my CC with a case #. I honestly can't believe they have a website up that comes up on google as one of the first if you search say buy kybella online. It looks totally legit and they even have a whole write up on scam websites and why to trust them. Reported to Google too. Once they have your money you may hear back once that it is being processed but they will vanish and never respond back to you and you will never see any product!
Please do not use scam!

I ordered my stuff on Wednesday the fourth and it's Friday still no tracking number or a date as to when I'm going to receive it
They will take your money. Never reply to your emails with a tracking number. Most of all their phone number doesn't work.
Don't buy any product, this is a scam. If you pay money, you have not any reply, and you can not receive any product
