I entered a trade on Volatility 250 (1s) near 1106 points, and since then, the market has dropped to just 78 points — yet Deriv refuses to honor the TP or allow fair exit. Deriv's own WhatsApp support assured me the market won't reach 0, and funds will be refunded if it ever does — but their own Terms & Conditions say the opposite: "If the market hits 0, all funds are lost." What kind of broker shows 60,000+ point market history, yet lets traders sell at just 78 points?
This is clear manipulation of synthetic indices. I've already invested over $1,200, and received no fair resolution despite 30+ emails over 3 weeks to their CEO, compliance, and support. Most were marked "Resolved" without investigation. Please be careful — Deriv's synthetic markets like Volatility 250 are designed in a way that eats retail traders' money slowly while showing fake assurance. Protect your capital. It is quite unfortunate that ithas come to this lengths,trading exeperince is great considering no swaps however im facing an issue taking my money out.i have only used skrill as deposit and withdrawl but unfortunateky my skrill account was blocked for reasons beyond my control. This being said l requested for a new withdrawl method to be added to deriv and even provided the proof they requested, l was told it will be fixed within 3 days but to my surprise i have not had any response and any time l follow up the agents keep openinh new tickets which causes confusion. As if this was not enough they are more comfortabe sending emails about closing my trades and requestng me to withdraw my balance knowing-very well its impossible at the moment. We have a family emergency and not being to get my money hard earned money and no rsponse from deriv team is awful. I have requested for them to allow me to withdraw my money and they can close the account so i can sort out this emergency to no avail. Their customer service is useless as they never have an answer for anything only to open ticktes is what they know. What do deriv want from me exactly? I'm tired, my cashier was blocked, they keep rejecting every document I submit without any valid reasons, I have submitted my recent bank statement, my residence permit, my gas bill. This is a very destructive company, from them moment you send them the first payment it is down hill from there. They will do anything to ruin you for their own pocket and many people are really out of pocket because of this scammers. I was one of them too until i met (Donald) the expert above, i reported my case with his team and i amazed they made the best out of my situation. I got total refund of every single penny invested + profits in few weeks of work... Never too late.

A bad service. They won't tell me why I can't do a withdrawal. Also I can't do a top-up I just saw. I keep approaching customer service but no one can help me. You make the transfer and then you can't withdraw it even talking to the support. They ask to transfer more money to withdraw what you have there
