I've been ordering dental products from them for years. In recent years, their customer service took a nose dive from good to bad, and now even worse. My last order was in 9/2021, They charged my CC immediately, never shipped the products. The USPS tracking # provided was never activated. Numerous emails & phone calls, I was given nothing but the standard run around by a robot. I had to file a dispute with my CC company in order to get my money back. Never Again will I ever deal with these people.
Customer service is terrible. Emails are responded to with a automated reply that indicates no one even read message. Tried to call multiple times - always sent to voice mail. Next step is to dispute charge with credit card company since that seems to be my only option for recovering my money for a product that was not delivered.
I bought 2 toothpastes from this website.
Almost 4 weeks after placing an oder, I didn't receive my order.
No customer service and I assume that the reviews in the web sites are fake.
You can't submit any reviews. It doesn't show.

Had a $55 order that just never shipped (confirmed after reaching out to USPS and it not coming for over 6 weeks). Sent multiple emails with no response as well as no answers on the phone line. This place is not legit -- do not order from here.
Over a month since I made an order took money straight away no confirmation email, no dispatch, several emails I've sent to them with no reply. These are robbing people of there money. Do not order a thing off this site as you won't receive it. Reported to trading standards.
My order shipped out very quickly, but as I had made a mistake, I attempted to contact customer service by both voice and email. Each time I received a stock reply that Customer Service would get back with me. I returned the item at my expense, expecting a refund, but nothing ever happened. I should have kept the item. This company does not deserve to be in business
I order from here yearly and have for at least 5 years. I get both the Prevident toothpaste (they don't require an RX) and whitening strips. All combined, I've ordered hundreds of dollars worth of products over the years and never had an issue.
I have no affiliation with the company and was not compensated for this review. I just see a lot of people claiming it's a scam while admitting in the same review they've successfully gotten their products before. There's a big difference between a fraudulent scammer and a legitimate business that makes mistakes or has poor customer service.
I incorrectly purchased MI Paste Plus which has fluoride in it versus MI Paste. I tried contacting customer service via email (there is no telephone support) and nobody responded to my request to do an exchange, or return and then repurchase. They sent me a request to do a review and I gave them a one star rating. Wouldn't you know it, they seem to scrub all one, two, and three star ratings at the very least. Only a few four star ratings show up among the predominate five star ratings. I would pay a little more at other websites so you won't have any customer service issues. I've never run into such an unethical website company before!
So apparently these guys are also known as smilox but I did get what I paid for. My only gripes are communication could have been better and my order could have been sent out faster. I will say that the tube of toothpaste I ordered under the dentist.net name did ship faster and communication was better. Seems consistency is a bit of an issue. Thanks.

It took two weeks, which is understandable during covid and of course it's international shipping - how else are we getting prescription products without a prescription. Now I have to call my bank to recharge me for the product. Plus they gave me a free toothbrush as a gift which was nice
I ordered a Philips Sonicare UV Sanitizer from the website on Saturday night 10/14/23 and received the shipping & tracking notification on Monday morning. The item was delivered on Friday 10/20/23 and is brand new and perfect condition. I decided to write this review because I saw all the negative reviews only after I had placed my order. Then I went to look at their social media accounts and saw that, even though they had accounts on all the platforms, they hadn't posted any new content in several years so I started to panic a little. Dentist.net really should hire someone to keep everything current! Anyway, I decided to post a review once I knew how this entire transaction played out and I'm happy to say it went perfectly. The only thing that could have been better is the cost of shipping. $20 is too much for a small box that could fit in a padded envelope and it was the cheapest option.
Ordered from Dentist.net a qty of 2 packs of Zoom Whitening Pens advertised as content of 2 per pack, expected a total of 4 pens. Received only 1 pen per pack. Sent, Dentist.net, several emails with a print screen of their order form and asked for information on how to return my order or to please send me 2 more pens. They have no other way to contact them on their website. I have no way to confirm if the return address on the shipping is the one to use. My credit card company gave me a phone number to call them but the line is always busy. Called the number given to me 4 times already over 2 days.
Dentist.net is great when you get what you ordered. But if you don't, customer service is none existent. Email is the only way to communicate with them, which goes unanswered. If he doesn't have what you ordered, he'll ship you something else. Try to return it is an impossibility since you need an RMA number to return it and the only way to request a RMA number is by sending him an email, which goes unanswered. Sorry, I didn't look up these reviews before I ordered from him.
I bought a teeth whitening pen last month and still have net to receive my order. There is no way to contact a human customer service rep. They only give you an email which Ive sent a few times with no response. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE, AS YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU ORDERED.

The only difference between these people and Jesse James is he used a gun. They will take your money and never deliver. There is no customer service.
