“Deffenbaugh. Horrible customer service and awful residential trash service”

1 Star is overly generous. Avoid using Deffenbaugh for residential trash pickup if at all possible. They skip our house regularly, and when I call in to let them know, they're rude and say someone will be coming back but no one ever does. When we finally threw in the towel and switched services they stated there were no missed pickups on our record, and again they were rude. Worst customer service I've dealt with in a long time. Really horrible experience. Avoid them.
