There's two options to do it. There's a video course and a written course. If you're on the go like me the written course is the way to go. Simple, easy, & even has breaks in between.
Easy to understand but misleading. Thought my certificate would be available immediately after I completed the test. But no I would have to pay extra to get it immediately.
The registration was pretty ease. However, I have not gotten a chance to actually start on the course material. Hopefully, in a few days I will start on the course.
So far have completed one segment and I am really pleased with the material and program. The two people are very pleasant and the guests are very relevant.
Good defensive driving refresher course that is informative for new drivers as well as a good reminder for those that have been driving for many years.

It was easy to follow the instructions and listen to the stories that were provided in each video. Questions were pertinent to the videos, and easy to answer as well.
I paused the video because a car was making too much noise outside. When I pressed play again, there was no audio. I even made sure my laptop and the video itself wasn't muted.

Course was fine, better than others I've taken. But now two days after I took the course I still cannot get my certificate. I need this certificate now and for two days I go through all the steps to get my certificate and a message pops up saying there was a problem downloading my certificate, please wait 30 minutes and try again. Well, I have tried over 20 times, with AOL, Chrome and the new Windows browser, turned off my anti virus, firewall and still the same message pops up. If you need to ensure you get a certificate quickly PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THIS COURSE. LEFT A MESSAGE WITH THE HELP CENTER, STILL NO RESPONSE. FRUSTRATED.
Difficult to figure out how to get here. I didnt like all the back and forth trying to get to this point is was very confusing and not straightforward at all. A waste of time.
Very good course. Video was a little old and outdated but the teachers are so good and keep it interesting that i wouldn't want you to change anything. Very good course.
The program is easy to follow with breaks built into the program. You can work at your own pace. The program has videos to watch and quizes to check your progress.
They are trying to make money left and right! They use false advertising! They advertise the cost is $25 but they will take your money for more than $35! Plus if you want to Download your Certificate it's another $25. They do not spell out all their fee upfront. Also they cannot verify your License Plate if it's 4 months old, they considered it new and unable to verify and require you to print a Statement of Assurance to be notarized. Seems like a lot of work and money when it should be a simple process. This is my second day and I m canceling, I thought I saw in their website a 7 day cancellation and get refunded but I can't find it now and I made a call to *******000 24/7 customer service WRONG! False advertising! You will get a recorded message that they only operate from 6am-12 midnight. DON'T order your Driving Record from this thief! Look at their Advertising again "$25 is the standard cost fircall defensive driving course and we don't A Cent More! They do charge a lot more! Liar! Company that cheat is the most disgusting!
Very easy to follow and very fast I had no problem registering I had a great experience over all and I got my ticket dismissed very happy with this program
Easy to follow along and understand. Course was easy to understand and quite interesting and informative. Would highly RECOMMEND this course for anyone needing to take defensive driving.
Fun and easy it is reslly simple doesn't take ling and it really informs you more abt the things you shoukd know it gives u more of and open your eyes
Its good as a referesher. I am learning alot once again, but i didnt notice i had to fill this out. You know driving has become hard for me i dont know how to feel safe again. Hopefully this, helps.
The video was terrible and their customer service' is anything but. Too many other companies out there to waste your $ and time with this one.
