I was a confused individual questioning where my certificate would be. THE CALLER RAISED HER VOICE AT ME AND DIDN'T GIVE CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS
"CLICK ON YOUR ACCOUNT AND MY CERTIFICATE"
GEE THANKS! YOU FORGOT TO MENTION THAT I HAD TO HOOVER OVER THE BAR FOR THE "MY CERTIFICATE" OPTION TO REVEAL ITSELF. WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT I'D BE THE ONE GETTING YELLED AT.

Spent more time trying to download driving record and certification of course. Course was presented in a boring way, had a hard time staying awake. I still haven't been able to download driving record and was subjected to an extra charge to be able to download course certification.VERY DISAPPOINTED

I have had many experiences described in this course. All drivers should take it to drive more safely and improve outcomes when you experience the inevitable events discussed in the course.

You pay for the course, then you pay for your driving record, and then you have to pay $25.00 EXTRA to download your certificate of completion or you can wait 7-10 days for it to be delivered. Everything costs you MORE MONEY. They fail to tell you this prior to buying the course... RIP-OFF ALERT!

I registered for online defensive driving course. The process was quite simple and user friendly. The content of course has been well organised and thoroughly monitored as required by regulations.

It was a quick and easy course, videos could be updated to keep learners attention. Videos had some interesting facts that I was not aware of. Overall I did learn a few things from the 6 hour course.

The only promblem i have with this website is getting to my certification. It would say error to download then wait 30 minutes. It's been well over 10 hours.

Finished in one day, fast and self paced. I recommend to anyone that's need it. Take it, it is not $25 the videos are $35. Overall, good. Should have came with free download for certifications

Does defensive driving course was really easy and fast and it was easy to do at home and I didn't have to do it all at once I could come back if I needed to leave it at any time so I think that's what makes it stand out amongst the rest

Text course and ordering driving record were down for quite a bit of time so another defensive driving class had to be purchased. Driving record was ordered elsewhere.

Everything went well until I passed my course for the defensive driving online and then I couldn't view something saying that I have completed it and that it has my name on it I need to send it to my lawyer help please help

After paying the $35 to take the class at the end they will scam you and charge you an additional $25 to download it. Don't use this Defensive Driving.com
