“Quality, reasonably priced Plus Sizes”

I recently ordered a few items from the company to try their Plus Size clothing. I ordered two dresses and a sweater. One of the dresses and the sweater fit perfectly and look beautiful in person. The other dress, while lovely did NOT fit. However, when I reached out to the company, they were helpful in trying to find an alternate solution. I would definitely buy from Dear-Lover again.

I ordered and spent $ 363.95 with this company in hopes to do long term business with them, and they sent me 4 items out of the order. I had another order on hold just to make sure I received the first. They wrote me an email inquiring on what's the reason I had not paid. Couldn't find my order or tracking in their system. I will be reporting this to my bank and getting my money back. No wonder I didn't receive an invoice. Sad I was looking to spend way more money with this company! Now this is why I don't want the second order. I suppose small orders you get your stuff.

My daughter started an online Boutique and placed a prepaid order for $1400 in Jan. 2021, as if today March 13,2021, we are STILL WAITING ON ITEMS! My daughter has contacted there customer service many times and it takes almost a week fr a reply! Now her customers want a refund and she used their money to place the order!
We have had to contacted Dear Lover, 2 shipping companies, PayPal, Credit Union and many, many unhappy customers. Still no solution!

I came back to change my review on DearLover. They eventually got a hold of me. They told me that the reason why they didn't send my out of stock items was because they were going to send them when they had them in. I was upset that they even sold them to me knowing they didn't have them. I explain to them that they should let their customers know that they are not in stock. They did issue me a refund. So I have to say that I am happy I heard from them and I am getting a refund. But I'm still not happy that my time was wasted. I am a business owner and I rely on my inventory. So 3 stars is my new review…. I love the Jeans I purchased the shoes were not what I expected. The ring set was super cute. So 3 star's for Dear Lover.

Tip for consumers:
Buy one item of each and if you like them ….go back and purchase more….if they still have them in stock. Don’t pay extra for shipping…because it doesn’t come on time ….if they are not in stock.

I ordered a bunch of items for my Boujee Boutique Store and paid extra for fast shipping. I was supposed to receive it within seven days. Eight days went by and still no package …. So I went on to check to see what was going on. I found out that the items I ordered were not shipped and when I called to speak with someone…. No one answered! I never received an email stating that these things were not shipped and left numerous messages and still haven't received anything from them. This is not a reputable company! I'm very very disappointed. {I hope I get a refund}

Tip for consumers:
I will not be ordering from this site in the future!

I ordered a wide range of things and some things were not shipped …. I was not notified, nor have I received any notification that they weren’t …other than when I went to check my order. I tried to call them and they never answered or called me back ….I also left numerous emails and messages and still haven’t received any phone call or message.

Some of their products are good, while some are pretty bad. For your 1st order of a certain item, always buy one piece first to check the quality. Then you can buy more pieces on your next order. Also don't pay directly on their site. Wait for a representative from their company to contact you and confirm your order placement and availability of the items ordered (they will give you another link where you can pay) because sometimes, their products would be out of stock. Instead of a refund, they will put it to your credit instead.

They are pretty much responsive actually unless you are complaining of the items received. They will tell you nothing is wrong, etc even though you have sent photos of the problem. If negotiations failed, just send the items back to them and inform them of the parcel. They will put to your credit the items you returned.

Byron. Means Buyers dont hav right to review negative? I am regular customer since 2.5 years and very happy but doesnt liked your language u r using on this site for buyers comments. Buyers have the right to give positive and negative both kind of review u have to accept it.

This is my first time ordering from dear lover. I received an email to say that my order was successful, however the information on the page stated that it was unpaid. I told Tony about my dilemma, he told me to send payment via another method and if they have the funds they would return it to me. After going back and forth with him and he told me they would cancel it however my bank has given them approval to run the funds. I would like to have my products but I believe my rep was very impatient. There should be an accounts department that handles issues like this.

After the funds were reversed I have ordered since using paypal. I must say the quality of the clothing is excellent. Customer service needs a whole lot of work however. So I had to give them two additional stars based on value for money and quality of goods.

They answer your questions within 24 hours BEFORE YOU PAY then as soon as you pay... nothing,,, i have wrote 2 emails in 2 days and still no reply, the shipping was $90 and my order was $200 (min) so im worried there goes $290. I WILL KEEP YOU UPDATED
