I purchased 3 vouchers for 6 nights away in a 2 bedroom apartment at the Lakes Resort and Spa in Cairns back in march 2011...

3 times i have tried to book with this company using my voucher and each time i am told they have nothing available (although their website said otherwise). So i email deal me as there was no other way of getting in contact with them. It took 3 emails, threatening to go to consumer affairs and today tonight before i got any where with them... A lady from the resort finally calls me says i can take a 1 bedroom apartment instead, no offer of crediting the difference between apartments, and offered to extend the voucher by a month... can't get flights now too late.
Now they won't give me a refund of my $720 as they said the deal was "subject to availability", yet they have advertised again last week on the same deal site even though they know they have people they can't get in...
