We have worked with Dawn travels for last many years and they were very professional for our all Umrah trips. They have always the best packages available and make sure that everything goes well from ticket to hotels to transportation. Never had ever any issue, very committed and professional people.

Everything was according to the plan. Service was great, hotels were very close and comfortable as they promised which is unusual. Group leader helped wheelchair clients out of the way. I definitely recommend dawn travels and tours

I got into trap into this company for planning my Umrah trip. I am on H1 visa here and they made a mess and didnt applied my application correctly. They took 1560$ for 4 persons and didn't even refund a singly penny from service fee. I highly recommend to not get into this company trap. Well organized agency there staff and specially for the service that I have never ever experienced before. I will give 5star guys. Keep on going

Do not believe a single 5 start review, they posted it themselves. Now they are calling each on of us who traveled with them to give them some reviews. These people cheated me from start and took my money and didnt provided the services which were promised. Instead I had to go through a harsh suffering journey and it seemed like I was travelling for free for the way they i was treated. If I have a chance I would beat the crap out of Saeed Hassan and Waqar Hassan.

I used Dawn Travel to do Umrah. I couldn't believe that I got so much for my money. I mean from picking me up from the airport to the holy site tours in Mecca and Medina. Not to mention being put in great hotels. I went with a few brothers this year and they still talking about how we got such a unbelievable package. We're looking to go again exult year InshaAllah and we don't have to look, we just use the same company. Also ask for Abdul Samad. He's great. I mean very patient with helping you tailor your trip according to your budget. He's a hands on walk through person. I guess he will be my go to person for all my travels in the future InshaAllah.

I don't know where to start. If I can give zero, I would have done that,
First I chose them and picked the two weeks Madina First Silver Package. They booked me on a 20 days trip. I had to beg my employer for extra vacation time.
Minna tents were overcrowded and AC didn't work properly.
Women bathrooms were not enough, filthy and almost never cleaned during our five days stay.
3rd, their agent falsely assured me that the distance from Minna to Jamrat was about 30 mins back and forth. In reality, it was two hours round trip. Due to my illness, I had to pay 300 SR to be rolled back on a wheel chair the first day of Jamrat, and I had to proxy my husband to do it for me the other days. Forth.
In Mecca, I fell ill, called the group lead asking for a clinic information, No response, texted also no response. A roommate offered my some medicine killer, and I was lucky it worked.
Buses always late, not in the order of minutes, but in hours, 10+ hours in one instance.
To sum my experience, I would not recommend this Dawn Group to my worst enemy.

People need to understand that they are not going on a vacation. Pilgrimage is an act of worship, and in any act of worship, we will be tested. Whatever happen is part of our test. I enjoyed my hajj and Dawn Travels provided a great support in logistics. A bed was provided for my body to rest, and food was provided to recharge me for my daily worship. Alhamdulillah. I thank the staff for doing their best to accommodate me. I will definitely use their service for future reference.

I went to hajj with Dawn travels this year in 2019.
In one of the reviews the person says there were 30 to 35 people in Mina Tent when he was promised 15. Its kind of a lie, they were 60 people in one tent and it caused a lot of suffocation in that tent. It was hard to even breath. The AC's wouldnt even work. I will post the pics soon.
I agree with everyone else when they say they are self posting good reviews about themselves, there is nothing good about them

They hide bad reviews with fake reviews and that's what got me to made a huge mistake and selecting them for doing hajj 2019.
Please stay away from them. There might be a lot of similar agencies out there who are doing the same things as them and tricking people with fake reviews. So do a thorough research before selecting any of the travel agencies for Hajj.
You are not going to get what you paid for, whoever says that is a fraudster.
