Datrek

I wrote a terrible review about Datrek on the 24th of December, 2021 because I got so paranoid and did not hear back from them for quite a while. I did this and deleted my Sitejabber account because I wanted nothing to do with all of it anymore, I gave up.
I deeply regret my actions now, because in early January 2022, I got a response from them and it was about my claim with them that is being totally dissolved and completed. They explained the reason for the break-in communication which was as a result of some complications they experienced with my case and did not want to disappoint me after the balances have now been successfully chargeback.
They supported me with the rest of the charges and I was to get my money back. They took out their commission and I also had to tip them a little extra for pulling this off eventually. I was really excited for the first time in a very long while and I could eventually take care of some already crumbling financial situations.
My sincere apologies for the bad review I left earlier and I so wish I can take it back and delete it but I simply cannot access the account any longer. I'll leave this here and hope this fixes the damages I have caused already.

Hello every one, I was on this review site exactly May 26th, 2021 to lay my comment about the recovery experience i had with Datrek Recovery Company.
Couple of days after, I was contacted by Mr Alex the Financial Manager and he assured me that my claim was going to be resolved, if i follow through with the recovery requirements. I was later convinced and eventually followed through with the procedure as requested by datrek rep., this was when i got a confirmation from another person who had hired Datrek services for a similar case of crypto recovery.
2days ago, I finally got my funds recovered successfully through the storage wallet and was able to withdraw that into my personal wallet.
I'm trying so hard to delete the previous negative reviews I put up, but could not, because I lost access to the account, I also tried to contact Site Jabber support to help restore the account and I sincerely hope they do, so i can take it down forever.
I also found out that most of the other recovery company's that contacted me there after were able to do so by spamming contacts of the Bitbase Investment company that stole my crypto initially.

I have hired them so many times and it's safe to say they offer a legit service, with good support and response it becomes way easier to recover lost funds with them. They recover data, Bitcoins and any cryptocurrency should incase you lost it to theft or scanners both physically and over the internet.

I will change my rating to 5 star once my issue resolved, I don't expected they ask to pay fee before starting the recovery process.
