Dashing Diva

I spent over $100 on the website and never received my order. It has been a month now and I cannot contact anyone in customer service. Stay away. Order their products on external sites like Amazon. They don't want your business and will take your money without giving you anything in return. It is a big scam.

I bought about 12 sets to use instead of nail polish during the Covid 19 lockdown as my husband is home & can't tolerate nail polish fumes. The gloss strips come up at the edges of my nails, are difficult to smooth out and last maybe a day. I have written twice now to Dashing Diva and had no response. I even bought the recommended red therapy. The strips come loose just from scratching an itch or taking a shower and I end up trying to file them smooth but also file my nails. I wear gloves when doing house work as suggested. Basically they are garbage and to ask for help and not get an answer is shameful. I'm looking for another nail strip manufacturer.

I have been a big fan of the products since the pandemic started. They had what I considered to be a GREAT customer loyalty program. There was a site "Upgrade" in Oct and it's been awful ever since. Sept was the last time I was able to access my points or my rewards. And because they never let you use more than one reward at a time and never let your coupon amount exceed $5? I had $5 coupons STACKED. Can't access them and even though it tells me that I have rewards I can't access them and I have contacted customer service 5 times since Oct and have gotten NO response.

Dashing diva's customer service was terrible. My order was marked delivered 2 weeks ago, I do not live in an area where my packages are ever stolen. Nothing ever came, I checked with my neighbors, nothing. I contacted the company and they told me to take it up with USPS, no help at all. USPS gave me a generic response that it was delivered. 70 bucks down the drain.
