Ordered grey hoodie size M was way too small requested exchange and was told that their policy was they needed to be informed within 24 hours of delivery. Delivery took over a month and was a xmas present and recipient was away for a couple of days. They offered me a whole $10 refund for a $100 hoodie… big of them. Quality terrible. Customer Service even worse. Save your money and don't shop on this site.

Please do not order from this site. Absolutely fake. Was taken for $155.00. Even my CC agreed. Total disgrace. Thankfully my CC took care of me.

You will receive an ill fitting not quite what I ordered product. When you try to reach out it will be only by email. They will tell you that fit is your fault for ordering the wrong size. They want me to send pics of measurements and then they will assign fault. If they determine you are at fault you won't receive your money back or even an exchange. No exchanges or returns. Period. Don't even deal with them. Not worth it.

Purchased a salute to service Nike hoodie. It arrived clearly not a Nike product. Even though they ironed on a Nike logo. Iron on decals ripped and melted all over. No tags. After fighting with thier customer service since November they refused to send a return label even though thier website says they will pay for shipping if product is damaged. They agreed to a 50% refund with no return, then stopped responding to emails. No refund received, product is trash

I ordered a coat for my wife but Danezon stated the coat was out stock a month later.
I requested my refund back immediately via email correspondence. I still haven't received my refund & the coat was ordered in March 6,2022. Danezon keep giving me excuses about experiencing technical issues. How long does technical issues last for a company. Please do not order anything from this company.

If I could give this a ZERO I'd be delighted too. This company is fraudulent, abort supporting them! You will NOT receive your package within 11-15 days, it's more like 30+ days. The quality is absolutely terrible. We ordered this jacket and it came with HOLES in it. When we reported this to the Danezon team, they completely neglected this and did absolutely nothing to resolve it other than continually ask for "more time''. We even sent VIDEO proof of it along with photos. I have already reported them to the BBB and consumer protection as way to many people are getting screwed over by them and enough is enough! They can't even have the decency to say, we are so sorry, we will refund you! NOTHING. ABORT!

Total scam of a merchant, product was months late, and most importantly, it was NOTHING LIKE the photo they listed. Total scam, and now they won't answer email to return product. Buyers beware- you are wasting your money!

I Previously Ordered a Trench Coat from here and when I got the Final look Before shipment...The Quality if the Coat wasn't what I was expecting. Looked like Someone from High School Hone Economics put it together. I requested an IMMEDIATE refund! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME on this Site!

Ordered a jacket 12th of March, still indicating processing. Demanded refund and they have not responding. Total scam!

I am truly not happy with the adidas new year jacket that I bought. I thought it was an original as shown in your website however it is a 'fake adidas new year's jacket with so much differences. The Material is not suede at all. I would like to be refunded as the amount I paid is more than £150. I am really frustrated!
